Once you have placed the order for your cake on our online store, our standard delivery services require 3 days lead time to deliver your order.

 

This allows us time to perfectly bake your cake and prepare the logistics for delivery.

Please note that for same-day cake delivery services in Singapore, additional charges will apply.

 

You can also do a self-collection at any of our stores situated island-wide.

Same Day Delivery

• Cut off timing is 2pm

• Within 4hrs delivery ($30)

• Same day delivery in Singapore charge applies to All Cake Purchase regardless of the purchase amount

• Applies to standard cakes and mini items only

• Payment mode only by Paynow

• No delivery to certain locations (Please see below)

• Delivery schedule subject to driver and cake availability

What Locations Emicakes Does Not Deliver To?

​

We provide islandwide delivery except for the below locations:

​

• Changi Airport and the immediate vicinity, including cargo buildings

•  Sentosa and the area bordering the Port of Singapore Authority

•  Jurong Island

•  Marina Bay Sands

•  Any hospital

• All beach areas listed below, including the barbeque pits and carparks within Beach Areas: Changi, East Coast Park, Pasir Ris, Punggol, Sembawang, West Coast, Labrador Nature Reserve

•  All protected areas, army camps, airbases, etc

What Are Your Delivery Charges Like?

​

Enjoy FREE delivery for orders that meet the minimum NETT amount purchase per location. Minimum nett purchase of $60 for all locations. Delivery is not available for orders below the NETT amount of $30. 

​

A fixed cake delivery charge of $10 is applicable for orders that did not meet the required minimum nett amount for FREE delivery. Delivery charge is non-negotiable.

What Cakes Do You Deliver?

 

Our wide selection of classic cakes made with premium ingredients like our Durian cakes, Chocolate cakes, Eggless cakes and Gourmet cake can be delivered as per your delivery schedule.

Sat         : 8am-12pm

Can I Change The Delivery Time & Location On Delivery Day?

​

Your order is already out for delivery and we cannot change it any longer. If there is no one to receive the cake, we will send it to the nearest outlet for self-collection. You can check out our store locations here. No requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.

 

Can I Fix A Specific Time For My Delivery?

​

Our standard delivery does not come with a specific time. Delivery time slots will be between 9am -3pm or 1pm - 6pm.

 

But I Really Need To Fix A Specific Time For My Delivery

​

For such cases, we charge a special delivery fee of $20 for Mon to Sat and $30 for Sundays and Public Holidays.

 

The earliest time slot varies and depends on the area. If we need to arrange for a 3rd party delivery service, additional charges will apply.

Our islandwide delivery services is only within Singapore

 

Anything Else That I Should Take Note Of?

 

• Emicakes endeavours to deliver within the selected delivery timing.

​​

• To ensure Emicakes delivery team's safety on the road, delivery time could be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances. Emicakes shall not be held liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

• Delivery timing during festive seasons such as Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas is anytime between 9am through 6pm only unless otherwise stated. 

 

• All special instructions for delivery must be made clear during placement of orders.

 

• Due to the long distance to Tuas and Jurong from our factory in the east, all deliveries to Tuas and Jurong area will be in the afternoon slot.

 

• If you wish to avail of redirected delivery, a $10 surcharge will be imposed subject to the availability of a driver.
