Caricature Cake Guidelines and Policies |
If you wish to order a custom Caricature Cake or any other enquiries, please call:

-Online Caricature Cake pricing is for Standard Themes and single faces. If you required custom themes not found on the website and/or require more than 1 face to be drawn, please contact the head office at 6749 6782 for quotation.
1. Please place your Caricature cake orders at least 3 working days (for email photo submission) or 5 working days (physical photo submission to branch) ahead of date required. Orders must be a minimum of 25 cm.
-For orders which require 2 faces to be drawn on the cake, a minimum of 30cm is required. This is to give the faces some space for it to look optimal.
2. Considering the special workmanship necessary to create your Caricature cake, full payment is required before Emicakes can process your order.
3. For Themed Caricature cakes - colors, poses, and elements of the themes may not be altered in any way. Additional charges apply for any required change.
4. Promptly submit a photo for your cake so that your order can be processed immediately. Please refer to the Photo Guidelines below when submitting photos through email:
a) Photos must be a close up front view picture of the person's face.
b) Photo files must be in .jpg, .gif or .tif format and must not exceed 1 MB in size.
c) Please place the Order No. provided to you and your Name as the “Subject:” of your email.
d) Send your photos to emicakes@rocketmail.com.
e) Please send your photos 3 - 5 days ahead of deadline. Failure to submit photos on the said day may result a delay in processing your order.
f) Emicakes will not accept copyrighted photos of people and/or characters.
g) Photos are non-returnable.
5. By sending in your photos through email or through our branches, you authorize Emicakes Pte Ltd to upload a photo of your Caricature cake (Not your front view phot) inside the Emicakes Official website, www.emicakes.com.sg. Not applicable for corporate orders with company logo.

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATION:
(Existing amendment and cancellation policies apply)
1. All cancellations and amendments must be made at least 3 working days prior to date required. (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays not included) Please limit your amendments to one.
Please note that all other company policies apply, including amendments policies.
